The 3rd workshop of the International Feed-In Cooperation took place

The workshop was held in Madrid on November 23rd and 24th, 2006, and was attended by representatives from nine EU Member States, from Ontario (Canada), as well as the European Commission and non-governmental organisations.The topics discussed included the status of national feed-in systems as well as a draft best practice paper on feed-in systems, approaches for a harmonized feed-in system in the EU, the issue of feed-in systems and EU state aid rules, requirements for the access of renewable energy installations to the grid and operation requirements.Conclusions of the workshop will be made available to you soon.
