The 3rd workshop of the International Feed-In Cooperation took place

The workshop was held in Madrid on November 23^rd and 24^th, 2006, and was attended by representatives from nine EU Member States, from Ontario (Canada), as well as the European Commission and non-governmental organisations.The topics discussed included the status of national feed-in systems as well as a draft best practice paper on feed-in systems, approaches for a harmonized feed-in system in the EU, the issue of feed-in systems and EU state aid rules, requirements for the access of renewable energy installations to the grid and operation requirements.Conclusions of the workshop will be made available to you soon.
